| If you get perfectly flush, then you are going to rub unless you do something to either stop wheel travel before the fender mount tabs for the front fascia and upper liner or deflect it inward with kiddie camber. The shape/contour of the fender makes it not very beneficial for rolling, unlike the rear which has a somewhat wide lip sticking inwards at 90 degrees.
